If there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it sweets and pastries! I attended Le Cordon Bleu as pastry student and graduated with a full diploma (for pastry). My memories of baking with my mom go back from as young as I can remember. There’s something so special about baking to me. Measuring and handling everything so carefully, watching it transform into something delicious. Adding your own individuality through decorating. And then the best part: finally feasting on your tasty treat! Although I prefer savoury over sweet, baking is my passion, my outlet, and probably my favourite thing to do in the world!
